Texas in the Civil War

Texas was the largest state in the Confederacy and provided some of its finest troops, but its geographical position on the fringe of the conflict means that its role can be overlooked. In this talk, military historian and ACWRTUK member Erick Bush discusses the varied involvement of the Lone Star State in the American Civil War.
