The defense set the offense up really well for the majority of the game, but Ewer's lack of mobility and killer instinct hurt us. Possibly could've loss to A&M with the turn overs in the second half. I know Sark wants it for Ewers, but he just might not be that guy. More Manning, I'll rather lose with Manning than continue to watch the inability of Quinn Ewers. If the ship is going down go FIGHTING...

Man the whole state of Georgia knew we were going to win when we ain’t do shit offensively and was only down by 3 points at the half. We always score all our points in the 2nd half. Now once Beck got hurt there was uncertainty. But that was short lived after about 3 plays with gunner Stockton.

Ha. They took care of business. The “easy” teams they played beat up on many of the playoff teams. Texas went out and scheduled the defending national champion…they can’t control if they’re down this year…oh and that team beat Ohio state…and Texas drilled them. We will see in the playoffs!

Texas played the 15th hardest season adjusted schedule in college football this year. Google it. Source: college football network. How? Because all but 2 of their conference opponents ended with bowl games. Even OU went 6-6. Other than Miss State with their 2-10 record and Kentucky with their 4-8 record, every other conference opponent for Texas won at least 6 games, and a lot of those wins were against the ranked teams in the conference. So we end up with the fact that, partly due to LOSING TO TEXAS, the teams that were ranked when Texas played them-like Ark, ATM, and Michigan-are now unranked, but didn’t end with terrible w-l records. Texas beat alot of middle class teams by double digits. They took care of business against all teams on their schedule but one. So Texas haters have this trope that “Texas didn’t beat any ranked teams”, but it’s a paper-thin, misleading trope that doesn’t lead to the conclusion that Texas is a bad or weak team, if you look at the stats and facts underneath the trope.

Naw Hills keep it real. Those penalties stopped us from scoring in the first half. The last 3 games before Georgia we scored in the first half and held on to win. That should’ve happened against Georgia but the refs stopped that with ticky tack penalties that in slow motion are easy to see and the same thing Georgia was doing. They didn’t call it on them. They also were all in Georgia territory I think so we were moving the ball. The likelihood of you continuing the drive after those is very unlikely especially against a great opponent. Without all that we score more in first half then they do all of regulation. Then it made players play scared and not fast/physical as they normally would be. That put us all at a disadvantage. I’m also not saying we still couldn’t have won without the other mistakes bc it’s true we killed ourselves. What I’m saying is the refs impacted the outcome which I never say and in my life watching football over 30 years I’ve only said maybe 10 times. I don’t blame refs for a game outcome 98-99% of the time and imo it should NEVER happen. It’s like a story was written and tried before the game was started. The refs should never use that power and I feel sorry for the players. It wouldn’t matter what team it happens too either. Wouldn’t matter if it was Georgia or say OU/Aggies. It’s complete bs and shouldn’t happen. I also talked to other fans who didn’t want us to win who saw it the same way. I’m sure that some of you guys who played ball for a long time have played in game where this has happened. I’ll never forget this. You know how so many people can’t get over the 2008 Tech game? Well I can get over player and coaching mistakes but this hell naw. I was truly pissed for 3-4 days. I’m barely chilling out but I’ll never forget it
