But 1) 10% is not the law (it is only the law when it comes to the minimum a bondsman may charge for a violent offense) a bondsman can absolutely ask for more. 2) few bondsman would want to put up 2 million for this person. This person looks like a huge flight risk. 3) 200k is prohibitive for 99% of people. There is a difference between possibility and probability. There is a possibility this person can bond out, yes, but is it probable? It is very very unlikely.
