Absolutely! Just please make sure you cover the dough with something that doesn't touch the dough itself to keep the dough moist and not dry out. Bake the dough straight from the fridge, make sure the oven is in the right temperature already. Good luck! :)

Warm up your microwave for 2 minutes with a cup of water then put your dough in microwave for an hour the steam in the microwave helps the dough rise and faster.

Thank you for sharing! I think my yeast is dead. It didn't really rise when I proofed it, but I decided to go on with it. It may not turn out, but could you tell me how long you would normally let the dough rise for?

i will normally let the dough rise for 1.5 to 2 hours! if your dough wont doubled its size, then unfortunately its dead. :( good luck and thank you so much for asking!

Very tasty. Although my rolls were the consistency of a biscuit. Not sure if it’s the yeast or the cheap flour. I let them rise for 40 minutes before baking.

As with all these copycat recipes I see, they use far too much honey and an excessive amount of cinnamon. It should be a whisper not a scream.

I’m stuck where we are mixing the ingredients. It has been in the mixer for about 30 minutes and it still has that sticky consistency.. The dough doesn’t roll around freely in the bowl like yours does...It kinda just sticks to the sides... and my hands....I have followed your ingredients and recipe to the point. What could I be doing wrong?

I'm sorry you about that but you can always add flour a tbsp at a time while kneading if the dough is super sticky. I wish you luck for next time!

Be careful adding in your liquid. Add about 3/4 of the liquid to begin with then a table spoon at a time to get good consistency of the dough. Too much will leave your bread sticky, then when you add flour to get rid of the sticky it can become dry.
