As a person who has worked there for coming up on 6 years (since February 10, 2018) your recipe definitely looks the closest to ours, you could actually fool me into thinking those are their rolls. Great job 👏🏾

Give the deets! What's the recipe?
@betterthanemril98811 ай бұрын
@@SarV1corporate sends every store pounds of bread mix and you add yeast water and sugar. It’s basically like when you buy cake mix from the store and you just add 3 ingredients to it. So because majority of it is already premade by corporate they’re the only ones that truly have the recipe.

@@betterthanemril988I saw another comment from somebody who said they worked with the supplier that makes the dry mix. “malted wheat flour, aspartame, soybean oil, sugar, salt. Water is used to make it dough. I will tell you the industrial proportions we use at work. 3,379 Ibs malted wheat flour, 500 lbs sugar, 80 lbs soybean oil, 36 lbs salt, 4.8 Ibs aspartame. You guys can scale this down to your own liking.”

@@betterthanemril988if the bag of mix has ingredients listed on it, we can reproduce the recipe. If I didn't live so far from the nearest one I'd get a job there just to get a pic of the bread mix bag ingredients 😂 They try to make it difficult but a home baker can easily find the ingredients, the measurements, and scale the recipe down.

My sister, daughter, and myself went there day before yesterday for the first time and their rolls and cinnamon butter stole the show. Everything except the green beans was pretty good but the rolls and butter were my favorite. My grown daughter practically hates bread but she ate like two or three rolls, lol. She said, they're even good without the butter🤣🤣. So if she like them, you know they're delicious. Tyfs God bless you

Very well done and I applaud your liberal use of the cinnamon butter. No, you can't use almond flour because the dough needs the gluten in order to be stretchy. Nope, you can't cut out the sugar and you can't replace the butter with applesauce. With this recipe there aren't any compromises that won't negatively affect(read completely ruin) the final product. Whole milk is best for brushing your rolls. That fat in the milk is necessary. Sorry almond milk, I know you have other places to be, you can go now. 3:45 Make sure you switch and rotate those trays halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking and browning.

Thanks. The top tray got browned first than the bottom so yes i did switch & rotate the trays to get the brown color even but not that perfectly even😬
