I ran a kitchen in a bar and grill back when Buffalo wings 1st became popular. I gotta say that my Medium recipe is still my favorite! It was simply deep fried wings tossed in Franks hot sauce with a lil bit of drawn butter mixed in. Served with my homemade Bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks. :)
