I have a tip for draping. Use a child size cape on your mannequin. It is both smaller around the neck and shorter length. You won't have all that excess material in your way. I'm a returning cosmetologist and studying for my state board in Tennessee. My license expired long time ago and I have to go back tovstate board to get it reinstated. This helps get my mind in the sanitation rules which are almost the same for barber and cosmetology. Besides its cool to watch barbers go to town with clippers. Cosmetologist don't learn how to use them unless they learn on their own later on.
