Another great video - have you ever tried pastrami beef belly? I have the same toaster oven - does a good job for a long hold - keep the videos and blues coming !

Man that looks delicious Mr The Horse!! I will take 2 slabs to go. LOL. Looked like reheating in the toaster oven worked great. I like to reheat meat via sous vide so there is no additional cooking or drying. Just curious since you already had it sealed up and could have done it easily and kept all the juices in. And had an oops, oh no moment…. 😉

Appreciate you watching Mr. Silver Fox! If I could figure out shipping, I would definitely mail you some. The toaster oven does a great job for resting at low temps and reheating bbq. I don’t have a Sous vide, but that would be the best way to go. I wasn’t too worried with pork belly about losing the juices because it’s such a fatty cut. Anything else, I would preferable Sous vide 🤙🏻
