Your videos bring so much knowledge and joy to so many people Bob! A few years ago I was facing blindness due to a tumor... About the same time you were having your first surgeries. I watched the medical update videos from the hospital after my own surgery. Anyway it brought me a lot of comfort hearing from you at the time and I borrowed your strength to get through those dark days. I'm glad today that you continue to make videos and heal. And I'm thankful to be able to watch them. Thanks Bob and family 🤗

I had a chance to visit Texas in January, and with all my KZbin knowledge about survival I was unprepared when the weather changed to freezing in a heartbeat. I will start carrying wool gloves, socks, head warmer, and blankets everywhere I go including the Bahamas, learned a valuable lesson on that trip. Im a guy from the tiny scattered islands of Maldives. You might have heard of it. But i highly doubt you would have. Cause its so tiny. And most of the time ud have zoom in on the map to just see the islands. And for an island guy like myself, we never saw mountains, lakes or creeks. We just have lots of sea surrounding us and a few mangroves. But ever since a kid, after watching so many cowboy and american cultural movies, i actually grew so fond of habitats like where you hang around. It would be a dream coming true to live a life such as that. So just felt the need to tell you that. Because by showing us those videos of how to survive in the wild, it almosts feels like living with you after watchin them all. I wish ud come down here to our country, and make some videos to survive in the uninhabited islands. The wild side of island life.
