Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. I’ve made several low/NA beers to avoid alcohol and they were so hoppy my mouth puckered. This beer is so good I won’t be afraid to offer it to friends and family. I agree with you, it needs to be made in 5 gals next time. Cheers🎉

0:28 I just bottled my second brew of this very tasty beer but I doubled the amount because it went like crazy at my grandson’s birthday party. I did change a couple of things. I used Maris Otter instead of 2 Row because I was out. I used Kviek Voss yeast and it was done in 3 days sitting on my back porch here in Florida. I did add 5 ounces maltodextrin as Steve suggested. I can’t wait for it to carbonate because I tried it while bottling and it was great! Cheers

My beer started at 1.017 ended at 1.010. Including bottling sugar 1.2% grapefruit was not very present at bottling so next time i will use more I kept jalapeno tincture addition to only 1,7 ounce for 5 gallons.

The one beer to have when you’re having only six. Absolutely love this. I have tried N/A beers up and down and they’re just not that great. This would be the closest thing to that. Thanks for sharing, guys!

Thanks, Phil! This would be a great lower alcohol alternative to hard seltzers, too. Easier to brew and better flavor, IMHO. - James

Glad to see you guys chugging away..not just beer, but brewing beer! Very interesting recipe profile. I'm wondering how long did this take to finish fermenting and be relatively ready to drink (like if you had kegged it instead of bottle carbing)? It's a recipe I'd really like to try, thanks guys!
