I have a few points about this teacher: #1 no that's not ethnocentrism. That's racism, you're expressing #2. Your teacher and you should and probably do know the difference. Therefore, you're lying to your students. #3. I'm not appalled that this teacher said those things to his students. In fact, I think it was a good thing that he did. I think it was great. The reason I think it's great is because he revealed himself to not be fit to be teaching and that he needed to be fired. If he hadn't said those things then he would have went on teaching even though he's not fit to teach. #3. Amazing how he sounds so reasonable and even in a soothing kind of reasonable voice spewing out, unreasonable. Unacceptable. Racist, rhetoric and even soothing voice. Very deceptive and revealing. Also, it's #4 incredibly I meant this is the most condescending thing that anybody can say that since they feel that that way then everybody else must too because they're absolutely normal so they're just convinced he's just convinced everybody else feels and thinks the same as he. That's a twisted kind of projectionism that I've had before, but it's more complex than the standard projectionism that is represented in this phrase" I know you are, but what am I" #5. The parents are expressing sadness and disbelief and a sense of being betrayed, but I don't know why because as a parent I'd rather this person reveal these things about themselves and then be fired, then go on teaching my children and thinking these things without expressing them and revealing themselves. #Therefore, it's a a good thing. Not a bad thing. It's like a racism reveal party

YES, teacher needs to differentiate between ethnocentrism, putting one's group at the center of the universe and racism, idea that one's race is superiors to another, thinking of other racial groups as one dimensional; Native Americans were ethnocentric, thinking their practices were superior to Euros, and many were, such as cultivation of land. ethnocentrism and racism have been present as value in United States since its inception, whic contrasts with freedom and inequality; however, while teacher should have been suspended, I dont believe that the teacher should be fired but use as a "teachable moment" not sweeping it under the rug for the next "shock jock" or teacher to make ignorant, racist, objectionable comments. "superior" Smfh get over yourself you have the lead in a game you are tracking and created. But not everyone is involved in competing with "races" rather, just improving the human race as a whole. But you are in a toxic environment clearly for you to manifest these ideals and share them so confidently. You are wrong. There is always someone better than you. No matter what race, creed, religion in any various field you isolate. We are human beings. Anything you can do. Someone else can do better.

Why would he discuss this topic with minors who obviously not qualified on many level , this is so wrong on many level these high schoolers came to learn the basics and leave home , images discussing tech and bitcoin with your granny 👵 , but apparently he want emotional feedback from it and want to force his opinion or get a reaction or as we say in Arabic فضفضه fa th fa th a , means when you consult a session with a therapist to tell what on your heart that no one knows about and have difficulty sharing it ,,, he ended his reputation and career 👎

All races are racist because it's true every race does believe their race is better, unless Jesus Christ is now your God and Master. That teacher needs to sue them for demeaning him like that. We have the right from God to speak in a respectful manner, why then do you constantly pick at people to get them to call you out of your name.
@secondchances1232 Жыл бұрын
There are people in every race that think their race is superior. That is true. However that doesn't every race as a whole think their race is superior. Also you do realize the Christian populace isn't devoid of racists right?

idk if you listen to what he says "I think everyone is racist at that level" is 100% true. He is saying the preferred race is always your own race. Doesn't mean he hates other races which would be what racism is. These children are so sensitive these days and throw around buzz words and can't even listen to the actual words being used and apply actual logic instead of emotions. Not once did he say 1 hateful thing about another race, he was simply explaining human nature is to prefer its own race........which is exactly what you see with black, white, brown, asian, they all clique up for a reason not out of hate but human nature.

@@Beachbby850 Context matters lmao the guy was literally explaining what every human feels. He never said white is superior, he said what humans are thinking about their own race. Does that make it racist? No.... You might as well fire every teacher that is proud to black if that is the case lmfao.
