as a TCU fan, ive been on suicide watch for the first half for every game, but popping champagne bottles in the second half. Only 2 teams im worried about now is Texas and Baylor, lets hope they can get both the dubs

@@tankeater 1 singular call, bad or not, does not shift the momentum of an entire quarter. TCU was just the better team today, all there was to it.

@@tankeater oh we doing that. What about the Tech “fumble”. It was a drop toss dead ball longer 4th down and winters probably would of not had the targeting. 🤔 stop complaining at bad calls and accept it. Refs don’t see everything like we do. If they did games wouldn’t be full of bad calls

Don't over look Iowa state they have the best remaining Defense. Texas and Baylor are better teams though.

As a TCU fan, if our defense wasn’t so abysmal in the first half of games, we’d actually be elite but seeing how the guys play every first half of a game, it’s honestly so draining. I love them & I will always be a TCU fan but goodness…

There is a reason Oregon let Shough go. Simple check down pass to his RB and instead he keeps it and gets stuffed on an important drive. Did that all the time at Oregon and drove the fanbase crazy.

@@OffTheCouchFishing Most penalties will kill momentum, but 15 yard penalties are extreme momentum killers. It's not like only one team was affected by the Big 12 officials.

@@grondhero 2nd and 10 turns into a third and 20 with Tech up 7. That blown facemask call was detrimental at that point in the game for Tech. The defense was definitely great considering lackadaisical offense. Oh well UT will end TCU’s undefeated season.

@@OffTheCouchFishing Yes, I still understand what happened. I still understand "15 yard penalties are extreme momentum killers." The difference here is, I understand/acknowledge it happened to TCU as well. The Skankhorns might beat TCU this weekend. Our QB has been playing hurt since OK St and it shows. We are the team to beat in the Big 12. The other conferences don't want a "small school" to be ranked this high. UT will likely dominate the first half and TCU will work to come back in the second half. Will it be enough? Will TCU win by 10 again? Or is being screwed with the yearly week 3 bye going to catch up to us? TCU is 7-3 vs UT since joining the Big12. Does that help? Does Gary Patterson work against us? Only Saturday will tell.

Just a neutral spectator but maybe if Texas Tech would punt instead of going for it on 4th down they may have a better chance at winning. I understand you are a underdog and you beat Texas gambling on 4th down but that win was due to a error via fumble. Tech always has a respectable team but I'd love to see y'all get back to the basic fundamentals and I bet the wins will start coming more often. Great win once again this week TCU.

I can somewhat understand them going for the first 4th down conversion (just not running it up the middle), but the others really should have been FG attempts. Those were 9 points we just didn't take. Hopefully the coaches learned their lesson.

TCU is undefeated, so the rankings people should give them the respect, and put them above Alabama, and Tenn, that have losses. I say they should be at number 5 below Georgia, Ohio St, Michigan, and Clemson.

The frogs need to win out. LSU meets UGA in Atlanta and the corn dogs get dawg walked. Oregon wins out and Michigan loses to the bucknutz. If that game is close then both teams make it over one loss TCU or Oregon. If OSU Michigan is a blowout then Oregon makes it and rematches with UGA. Probably going to be UGA, OSU, Tenn, Mich if TCU loses.

I'm proud you'd at least show the phantom face mask call. On rewind, you see 3 different refs are watching, 2 of which have a better angle than the one that called it. This particular group of refs is by far the worst I've seen this year. Several no calls on interference plays, all tcu. The worst being the catch behind the back of tcu defender. How can that not be interference? ttu guy catches ball behind the back of interfering tcu defender? If you're not looking back at ball, it's interference, or rape, in this case. these were crucial calls when the game was on the line. I love aLL of college fb, except FSU, MIami....so i have no dog in this race. If anything tCU fans, i'd shut up bc getting outplayed by a 4-4 team or whatever tech is, kind of embarrassing.

That target call was bad, too, but it had the same effect as the facemask. Yes, Big12 officials are the worst, but they weren't playing favorites and, until this year, they've always been against TCU.
