Fixing Concrete cracks - E36 S3

We will be coating the porches at Barndo214 soon, so we "chased" all the hair line cracks and filled them in with Polyurea crack filler (qwickjoint 200) to make sure they don't show through sealer. Stay tuned for more.

Being concrete. Lol. Where the two large slabs meet up, there is stress. I believe that’s what caused the cracks. Once filled, ground down, and sealed, you’ll never know they were there.

Crack free slabs can be achieved but they are not cost effective for home use. Saw one at a mining equipment repair facility and the concrete was so hard the largest tracked equipment wouldn’t scratch it.

This guy is supposedly is a concrete guru, and says Control joints look like crap to me. All he has to do is come back the next day and saw cut joints but he is to busy making videos and telling his customers there not needed.
