What a great story and guided by an old friend of mine from Midland! Imagine my surprise to stumble upon this video, brings back many good trips to Marathon, Ft. Davis, Big Bend, Balmorhea, Monahans sand dunes and so much more to explore in WT. Thank you TCR for bringing this story to all!

We used to mountain-bike trails in this area, and greatly appreciated moon-less nights. The moon is TOO BRIGHT. Our eyes adjust to the starlight which is bright enough to display leaf colors - even those subtle sages. Seeing all the nightly insects, centipedes, etc.

Come on Kelly....Danny pronounced the name of the town correctly for you at the beginning of the video and you continued to mispronounce it....all Texans know how it is pronounced. Please honor the town with correct pronunciation. No offense intended but it matters to us Texans.
