When you contact UDS parts please tell them Chef Johnny sent you. One of the great things about cooking in a UDS is knowing that you just cooked in a smoker that you built yourself. If you have never cooked on an Ugly Drum Smoker it is allot like a Pit Barrel Cooker, but larger. I have built plenty of UDS smokers in the past, but this is my favorite vertical smoker build. With this kit from udsparts.com it made the build easy and beautiful. UDSparts.com was great to work with on getting parts for my drum smoker and their UDS build kit was easy to do it your self. If you have a few handy man skills then you will to fine making this build. Please remember to like and share this video and give it a try. You will love cooking in this vertical smoker and cooking in a diy smoker is always better. Please share this barrel smoker build with your friends and family. Thanks for watching my "How To Build An Ugly Drum Smoker | UDS Build Kit From UDSPARTS.Com | Vertical Smoker Build.

@TexasStyleCuisine
@TexasStyleCuisine 4 жыл бұрын
Maitree, I had a dear friend that was in a wheel chair and so I do have an idea. The hard part would be the inside bolts. I would think if you had a short stand to sit it on. Have something on it where it would not roll off. Maybe a couple of blocks of wood on each side. I think with help Al could have done it, but it would have been tough for him alone. Heck it was tough on my alone. lol Shoot me an email and I will give ya my phone number and we can talk about it sometime if ya want to. texasstylecuisine@gmail.com.
