Fantastic! The panel doesn’t seem that loud which is a shame as I like the Texecom panels!

it cause the version i got doesn't come with the extension speaker but you can buy it. The one without the buttons on the lid with the separate keypad comes with the extension speaker pretty sure.

@@ASSystems normally panels with built in onboard keypads in the main unit have speakers in them but ones with separate keypads normally have extension speakers fitted above the keypads on the wall

@@alarmmuseum tbf i think they've done it as a cost thing, like it wouldn't take much to add a speaker but we have two alarm boxes outside and those things definitely woke us up. Mam keeps setting it off on a morning waking the house up that's why one of those motion sensors had a timer on it aha.

@@ASSystems haha! I’d probably want my alarm system to be as loud as possible inside the house! They why I have 3 alarm systems to my room with multiple sounders!

@@alarmmuseum aye it alerts our phones too and that makes a loud noise when not on silent but im gonna look into getting a speak put in the panel there like 5 quid.

That’s because it’s a compact panel with an onboard keypad. Most alarms now have the main panel, also known as an endstation, hidden away, and remote keypads installed instead, which are much smaller.

those capture ones have a switch for pet mode he needs to switch it over
