Law student here: If you look closely, you can tell when “his” texts make the departure from his normal vernacular. She’s clearly not well educated considering her bad sentence structure and misuse of “you”. Not only that, but she typed “SEX” twice because it didn’t show up immediately. This can be easily be presented to the jury as fabrication of evidence. If I were this guy’s lawyer, I’d sue her for fabrication of evidence, slander and libel, and if she got a prosecutor I’d countersue for malicious prosecution based on gender.
