I really really really appreciate not only the fact you took the time to share your knowledge with this video but the way you do it, straight to the point, saving everyone's time from long intros otr extended explanations. These effects in only a 7 mins video is amazing. Plus the SUBSCRIBE in the group node name LOL. Plus, the minimal animations and sound effects are on point. Thanks a lot! Subbed&liked!!!

Very good mate. Amazing tutorial and slickly produced. For me though, and I don't know why but the Animator object stops working after adding in the Capture Attribute nodes. And for some reason the GN object is halved along the Y axis instead of X.

Wow the tutorial is very well done. You were suggested to me the first time. Have a long time break from Blender made because of stress in university. But now that I'm doing a bit more in blender again and see your channel I feel like watching many of your tutorials. Blender is just such a relaxing hobby and it's great that there are people like you who make cool tutorials for free. Because I do not always have money left for blender courses. They usually go too deep into the details and I prefer to play around with the individual features.

You would think if I just change the axis of effect, nothing would change and I could apply your method as is... not on my first attempt... kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6XJm2aLYpiVaac I do appreciate your share... something happened to my little brain when you introduced the second shape to fill in as the other fades out. Also, I didn't realize that the "morph" looks very orderly with higher polycount models... got to fix that. The only thing I can think of that made my version of your node tree fail, was that I added a tiny amount of z "explosion" too, like 10x less than X and Y for me given it's vertical... but I doubt it's that... onward tomorrow...

Can you please tell me a way to preserve the smooth shading of an object, because once you segment the object you loose their configuration
@lur91blaz
@lur91blaz Жыл бұрын
So, if you are having problems you could use join vertex by proximity to take away the problem of watching your object no showing the shading properties you have before the virtualization of the object. (If someone has the same problem). Maybe we need to ask the developers to have the possibility to edit the virtualized object, so we can fix some sharp edges or something that has been wiped out once we segment objects from the separate children thing.
