Thanks Brittany for giving clear instructions on how to begin a tapestry weaving with a hem. It's been awhile since I've done a tapestry weaving and the book that I have weaves a header in a fashion I don't care for.

@@TextileIndie thank you very much! I would very much like to learn how to make tapestries from the 1450’s. This is the farthest back I have been able to trace a portion of my family tree and I thought it would be neat to make a small tapestry of the family crest.
