Hello, sound engineer here. You can always normalize the clips to make them louder. Limiters are good useful tools as well. If you get too much of that high frequency hiss when doing that you can always use an equalizer or low pass filter to cut some of the high frequencies. It's simple, you can do it straight in Premiere or FCP or whatever you're using to edit. Your videos are funny, keep it up.
