Fortunately if you buy Ktape there are written instructions with pics for several applications. They were easier for me to reference.

I do Krav Maga and during a self defense move during my test yesterday my thumb was pulled incorrectly and my thumb has been in horrible pain since! After I put the tape on the thumb was immediately relieved!! This video was better than official KT Tape Video!!!

Thanks Regan! Glad you found it to be helpful! Hope your thumb gets better. Tape can be a nice way to stabilize in the short term as our body heals. If it doesn’t improve, you might consider seeing a hand therapist for a more supportive brace 👍👍
