This video shows making textured vegetable protein with our TSE65-S twin-screw extruder and cutting machine. Textured vegetable protein is also called TVP, TSP (textured soy protein), soya chunk, soya nugget, soy meat, etc. The main material is low-temperature soy flour. Low-temperature soy flour is a by-product of low-temperature soy oil production. This extruder’s extrusion screws are combined type. They consist of screw elements, kneading blocks, and resistance rings. According to the user’s requirements, this extruder is equipped with an extended pressurized nozzle to increase pressure to improve product texture structure. If so, the semi-finished products can’t be cut by the extruder directly. They should be cut with a cutting machine. This extruder’s production capacity is 250kg/h.
