@@Kadeo64 I think they're referring to the extra care taken to make sure that weapons actually use those animations instead of using animations for weapons that already belong to your class, like how the Syringe Gun on Heavy in live Randomizer gets all fucked up because it uses Fist anims.

I'm seeing this get some attention lately so I'm coming back to say, essentially, every class has unique hand models. The bones on the hand models are then contorted to the animation of the weapons. It's how the game's "no hands" setting works, since it just removes the hand models and shows the weapons exclusively

TF2 classic randomizer is customizable with config files and console commands, so it's fully up to the server admins about how they set it up. You can make it pretty tame or you can make it the 9th circle of hell

In TF2 Classic, there are burn death animations for each mercenary. Also, in Randomizer, in addition to the weapons that are officially used in the game from TF2 Classic, there seem to be custom weapons taken from the Workshop.

I managed to get probably the most OP loadout I've ever seen in this randomiser, I was a pyro with a hitscan sticky launcher that did 100 damage per hit, crits on kill and health regen with 400+ health.

I once got an engineer with 900 health, health regen, and an axe that only did crit damage. He also ran at 3 times the normal speed. I managed to get over 25 kills before being flanked and gunned down.

FYI: The projectile doesn't change the weapon's damage. A minigun still does 3-10 damage per rocket (it's just AOE instead of having to directly hit people). Same with a shotgun that shoots syringes. Each syringe would do about 60 damage. However, flare projectiles still crit when you’re burning. So if a weapon did 10 damage per shot (like the syringe gun), and they shot you with flares, that’s basically 30 damage per shot.

I played this yesterday on Hoodoo and I ended up with a Minigun that never ran out of ammo and which got crits on kill, plus someone with a Kritz that healed me super quick and also built Kritz really quick. Needless to say, the enemy team couldn't get out of spawn that entire round and I got like 60 points out of spawncamping alone.

I had the most broken combo ever just recently on randomizer. I could build buildings as an engineer, but sentry gun has 4000+ health, i didn't want to count how much exactly. RPG which gets kritz after kill Medigun with uber that lasts 60 seconds and a bottle with slow swing speed, which i also got a kill with Total K/D on upward 55/0 They couldn't cap the first checkpoint
