No. Replay used to exist on Valve servers, but doesn't anymore. P-REC was a Valve-signed community-created auto-recording plug-in to record editable .dem files of TF2 matches, either only for TF2 servers that ran competitive league plug-ins or on any servers. You could set a keybind that would record a bookmark to a separate bookmarks file, with name of the .dem file and the tick the bookmark occurred. All comp leagues players were required to use P-REC to record their tournament matches. Then, in 2016, Valve effectively killed P-REC with their Matchmaking Update, which introduced Valve's version of a Playdemo (.dem files) recording plug-in which is extremely similar to P-REC (but P-REC offered some additional features); unfortunately this led to the games of anyone who had P-REC installed crashing instantly at start of a match when P-REC started recording. GG, Valve. Therefore, the Medic clip must be very old. As is the only with the Tide Turner Demoknight, because the Tide Turner no longer works like that.
