You can deal with bots by kicking them, but it's more difficult to deal with a tryhard. I get you want to play the game and all but it's really sad watching a heavy with a pocket medic (either a friend o r some random who wants to farm kills/assist) destroying a team while they were dancing with a few guys on his team
