Can you try using the Manmelter with the Dragon’s Fury? By extinguishing other players with the Manmelter, you’ll get stored Manmelter crits, and opening with these crits and following up with the Dragon’s Fury could go well

it works very well once you've gotten used to the faster manmelter shots even without the crit storage, just being able to mass extinguish without knocking your primary out for a full second is super useful, especially against, funnily enough, phlog pyros the people who are supposed to use manmelter in the first place

Two three things: First, you're good with that weapon because it's like a "mid-range sniper" for the Pyro. Second: you are right, if you take different and unexpected strategies, the rivals will have more pressure and more chances to make mistakes and fail.
