Whips in games are either downright broken or downright underwhelming. There is no in between. The disciplinary action is in a weird position where it’s both. It’s not a very good weapon, but it’s a nutty mobility and support tool.

@Chase Miller no jarate is broken its just people use it wrong by making it mostly just a way to kill spies if you throw it at crowds its basically a mini buff banner charge but its every 20 seconds and can be refilled by resupply cabinets it should be 40 and it cant refill by resupply but can refill with 1 or 2 headshots

@@tonyallentf2 he is lmao? He has 0 mobility and low hp and because of the zoom level and scope texture hitting close range headshots against people with movement skills is next to impossible. How is Pyro punished for missing a flame tick? How is soldier punished for missing an aoe rocket standing on the high ground? Kek. The people that cry about sniper are pub shitters that run in straight lines and have horrible movement. There's a reason you barely ever see sniper in high level 6s, only usually as an off class swap when holding last, and even then in the most ideal situation, it's rare. Stop trying to remove skill from the game, aim mechanics have infinite potential and reward practice. You getting domed out of the sky means that player hit a really good shot. How is soldier punished for missing a shot? LOL a soldier can spam the ground in a giant aoe around you with 0 precision and be rewarded with damage and knock back. And if he misses he can jump away or just shoot another rocket. If a sniper misses a headshot on any power class that's closing the gap, it's now GG as he has to hit an insanely hard close range flick as his only option. Which is really rare even for the top aimers and is insanely clutch. The only time it's even remotely repeatable is against noobs who strafe in one direction the entire time. Again the problem is people not knowing how to move. You're coping and complaining because a popular KZbinr expressed his opinion so now it's the norm to cope and cry about it. Notice how the mass sniper hate only started after the bot crisis and his video. BTW I have more than 2x the hours on scout and soldier than I do sniper. I'm just not a bandwagonning idiot.
