This year the NBA is allowing several (2 or 4?) non-NBA contestants in the dunk contest. They will be selected from the winners of the regional Sprite Slamdunk Showdown Events. And so far TFB dunkers have been tearing it up in these events, such as Guy Dupuy, Little Hollywood, Air up There, etc.

Skywalker beats Guy Dupuy in terms of jumping over a car, he actually jumped over a car with a solig roof. Dupuy did it between the leg though, so that was pretty impressive as well. They both deserve full score.

Obviously there's going to be a margin of error for this kind of measuring. It also depends a lot of the camera it's taken on. For a 10 FPS camera there is little if any accuracy. For a 30 FPS camera there is "ok" accuracy. Luckily, there aren't a lot of players that land with their knees "pre-bent" since that can cause injury (lack of amortization) so the body automatically lands from a jump with the legs pretty much extended. If not, you must pay attention (also if the guy grabs the rim).
