GT6 didn't have a tablet version and as far as I know no emulators. Don't even think it could run on a tablet. Im guessing it's just a hacked save (that got bad in GT5 & 6) but I remember sometimes it could get buggy.

It's an application for tablets (not phones), you login with PSN, create the track, it goes to the cloud and then you download it into your console, you can even publish your custom tracks for other users to play in Now change all that into the past tense, because Polyphony killed all the GT6 servers to force users to move to GT Sport
