does balintawak style have flow drills?

Depends on what you mean by flow drill. Balintawak has 1 Drill that is feed patterned and then at random. It is show as feeder based, but when people are advanced enough, it becomes a random play. I often use some of the more classic FMA drills like Sumbrada and Hubad to isolate some skills to get the student developed faster.
