Not sure if I’ve ever seen it mentioned but your car revs when you buy an upgrade for “transmission” in you office building auto shop. That’s the only place I’ve noticed that does that. All other shops only make noise for upgrades to engine/exhaust/turbo

Real life, that bumpy texture on the sides of the highways is a thing in the US, but for the most part is NOT a thing in California. We use to have a thing called Botts Dots. But those were removed a couple years ago. Side note, when a semi-truck hits those bumps, the vibrations are so loud that everyone on the road can hear it.

#17 Spinning out in the rain. In that location NPC's will do the same in the dry, they randomly spin out and hit the crash barriers on the left as you head towards the City. Driving in the rain in GTA is very similar to driving on ice in many vehicles. Who on earth did the physics for front wheel drive vehicles??? Not to mention a tiny car or even a motorbike ramming a truck off the road or a truck being unable to push a bike/small car out of the way.

6:40 Actually, some lights technically have left turn indications/phases, the bigger ones with three traffic signals on the arm, two of which are side-by-side. They don't display arrows, but they function as dedicated left-turn phases. Either way, the traffic lights in GTA V are way over simplified compared to GTA IV; there's no flashing-hand phase for PEDs, and often times, there seem to be more instances where lights are just missing. There is also at least one or two traffic signals similar to the ones at Los Santos Police Station, but different--the light on the arm functions differently than the one on the main pole. Honestly, considering their simplicity, I'm shocked they put the all-red/all-way-PED-cross phase on the signals in GTA V.
