have you put out what you want out of BL3, I wanna mecha Roland and a brick Tina combo with the jack clone from the pre sequel. and you know Mass effect comes out in a little and to be fare there not that far apart you should cover that and what ever... the depth and the reasoning behind the what's and why is what I look for in a channel.. doesn't have to be deep but makes since you know?

i have a level 20 legendary siren class mode i found it in a chest and i still use it im lvl 56!!! the siren class mod is amazing, since its level 20 its not the best but its definetly really good

Ha! Just watched this (and the zer0 mod one) -- my friend and are are moving forward in UVHM and OP levels right now and this kind of information is great! We've been SO unlucky with Maya classmods, I think we've gotten like 10 zer0, 7 sal, 3 axton and 2 Maya legendary mods so far, LOL. Just wanted to say thanks, like 4 years after you made this video, it's still really helpful :)

I agree 100%, Gearbox nailed the Siren COMs, IMO they are the best set in the game and I think the Legendary Siren is the best base legendary COM in the game, it's so well balanced and adds to a lot of excellent skills, plus as you said cooldown AND gun damage are an excellent combination, especially for Maya. I disagree with you on the Cat though, I love the idea of a full blown glass cannon spec, I don't use it for mobs because as you said it is overkill and there is no survivability but Maya is capable of destroying several raids in short time with a Cat build. Crowd control and healing are Maya's two main niches, she has a legendary COM based around each, a brilliantly balanced one in the Legendary Siren and a glass cannon COM to go with them, Maya is perfect in every other way, There are no other classes in BL2, only Maya xD

the siren would be my 2nd favorite with maya 1st blured trikster 2nd leg. siren 3rd leg. binder (cuz teamplay for the win) 4th leg. cat (cuz sometime you go raiding and then need all the dps you can have)

hey dude been loving watching your videos, i dont mind that they are longer then most other videos due to the sheer volume of information i get in that time, plus it makes me think about things more. i'm new to the borderlands universe. i started playing when i saw a video about borderlands 3, and i love other looter shooters like destiny and warframe so this seemed right up my alley. i bought the handsome jack collection and have been loving my inital experience, im still watching the video so i might seem like a bit of an idiot, but i think it would be great to add a quick minute to mention where these are obtainable and best ways to farm them or even refer us to another video. if you do this at the end of the video i apologize. keep up the awesome work my man.

The Legendary Soldier, Mechromancer, and Psycho all have 6 skills instead of 5, but they don't have the extra passive (the movement speed boost while phaselock is active for Maya).

great information overall. good descriptions of the class mods, what they're useful for, and how their skill boosts synergize. 2 little nitpicks though. some descriptions kinda went on too much of a tangent, which is understandable seeing as how much misinformation elsewhere is being taken as fact. the other nitpick is that base phaselock is 5 seconds, and 10/5 in suspension adds 5 more seconds. without thoughtlock, phaselock lasts 10 seconds at the absolute most.

Nice,i like the Legendary Siren COM more,movement speed is very nice while phaselocking,and it boosts good skills,i would use it more,but Zer0 is my friend here.

the only thing i dont like with some of the new com they added was that they didn't have hidden effect, it would have been so cool if the cat com (being a smg com) would do smg ammo regen like the com from bl1 for lilith or if the legendary nurse gave you element resistance things like that that would have been (in my opinion) awesome

+dollin971 I like the idea of elemental resistance on the Nurse. Ammo regen though, on BL1 I think it was too much, you'd empty your mag and have full ammo capacity again by the time you reloaded, total overkill IMO though it was insane with Lilith.

well the legendary cat kinda gave Maya some damage, however this only applies to SMG builds, what they should've done is make wreck activate if she phaselocks an un-phaselock-able enemy for the duration of the phaselock and make it that the skill doesnt start cooling down until after the duration or that enemy dies, wreck is insane DPS for maya however it's not an option in most raid boss fights where this skill really is useful.

+TheDuskpaladin I've often thought the same, I Phaselock smaller enemies in raid fights when I can (Pete, Craw and Vora) just to activate Wreck and Chain Reaction clears the field, Sub-Sequence is a good skill for those fights IMO though the former two are also the two easiest raids and Vora is damn near impossible with Maya so it doesn't make a huge difference.

For Maya’s legendary siren, I wish it gave reload speed during phase lock rather than movement speed. Hell do 15% and 15% of each and I’d be happy. Nothing worse than phaselocking someone and realizing your gun is empty

+Abvex I always thought pearl or seraph coms would be cool, but etch sounds interesting. Really though after TPS my opinion kinda changed. They did a much better job with base coms which left the desire for more legendary type coms a lot less than what I had in bl2.

+Derch Etech were sort of a freak of nature with the guns, the design goal seem to be "lets do a different take of a purple". I think Plasma caster was a clear success, it was such a different type of gun all together even though it is under the SMG ammo pool category. I look at BL2 Etech as the Xmen of Purple, just a mutation of a weapon. So it would be interesting to see if they did an alternative take on some of Maya's com, mutate in an ability from another character perhaps. So maybe you can have the E-tech B0re com for Maya, that gives her +5 to some of her skill and add B0re as the COM's special effect. So it would be like wearing a game changer com in a way---the closet thing to a mutation for skill points. Anyway I am just rambling at this point.

Legendary Cat is my favorite of her coms. I feel like she has enough survival and benefits greatly from getting the big boosts to her damage. That, plus all her free slag and she just destroys everything in a couple of shots. I spec the nurse survival skills and then let the Legendary Cat take up the slack on boosting my DPS. bl2skills.com/siren.html#550001530015055005005550510501 This is my build for those interested. I don't care about subsequence or thoughtlock (rather have normal phaselock with fast cooldown). I can't deal with the sound effects from Life Tap, even as good as it is. Only play in Solo so dedicated coop skills are wasted. I usually don't wear a Bee because it's wasted on most maps.

Athena would be the broken one, 14 stacks per shot from just the bullets and splash, then add all the dots. I could see around 50 stacks per shot, add that damage plus her ability to not care about ammo use and you have insanity.
