Chandelure literally burns away your soul and Gengar becomes a portal to the Pokémon equivalent of Hell, these two will always be on top of the list for me

Ya guys complained about Blaziken's feeling super basic even though the same could be said about Pikachu. The only difference was one actually had style and was on brand with the character while the other was bullshitted a fist. Hec, Pikachu Libre was much more mild version of Incineroar's Z move yet it ranked higher.

I think the coolest thing about Machamp is how its ultimate attack uses its pokedex entry as a reference

As a Weavile main, I love that Super. Short, brutal, and you can see Weavile break its facade for a second as it calculates exactly where to jump. 10/10

This game is the reason Machamp is my favorite Pokémon. Fun fact, the super references his Pokédex entry of him punching 500 times in 1 second.

I have to thank this game for making Braixen one of my favorite Pokémon. The witch/performer/magic girl hybrid is hella fun to watch and play. With that being said, as a Braixen main, maaaan, idk how to feel about the super. It works, but I think almost every other one is better and I think she could’ve done w/ something else. Instead of this one, why not have her run around and jump to create rings of fire that surround an opponent and explode? She literally does this in the anime, it would work. You could still have the cool firework explosion at the end just like this one

the problem with sceptiles is that he does the moves in the wrong order. If he trapped them in frenzy plant and then did the slice it would have been much cooler

7:43 Given how little acknowledgment Mega Mewtwo X gets in comparison to Mega Mewtwo Y in literally every other piece of Pokémon-related media to have ever existed, I think it getting to shine for one game is fine.

Mega Blaziken's is a rider kick. I'm pretty sure Mega Mewtwo's is a reference to the psychic tornado thing he does in the Adventures manga, which is a sick deep cut if true. The thing I like about Machamp's super is that it references the Pokedex entry(s) that say that Machamp can throw a thousand punches a second, and sure enough, the super does exactly 1,000 hits.

Massive Braixen placement L ngl, she's all about the flair with everything she does ingame, her... and also, the end of Chandelure's implies that the flame is the opponent's spirit getting snuffed out. Enjoyable video nonetheless, I disagree with every placement, I hope you have a terrible day, and I will stay tuned for whatever is next

How they Put Braixen in this game but not Greninja that has the poll as most popular Pokemon his transformation would be cool being Ash Greninja and his super would of been sick!

As someone who loves this game and has played it a ton, I've actually had a tough time figuring out who has the best Burst attack. My personal top 3 go to Garchomp, Shadow Mewtwo, and Darkrai. If I had to pick one as the best, I'd have to go with Garchomp. The fact that they animated it to where you're the victim of Garchomp's onslaught, and then they pan to him doing a massive slash into explosion is peak to me.

This game is the reason I'm disappointed that it was Incineroar they put in Smash Ultimate instead of Decidueye. Well that and because Decidueye is a goated Pokemon in general.

I like your videos but if I could give you and advice in any super ranking or fatality ranking is seeing after every super in which tier do you place them, idk why I like it better that way but maybe bc I like the visual confirmation hahaha

I normally do that but we did this in person, didn't have it in front of me. I originally had it added in post but it slowed the video down a good chunk. Final lists are at the end

I started playing Pokken for the first time yesterday and I'm surprised how active and fast the online is. I find matches within a few seconds and so far haven't had any slowdown. I assumed this game would be completely dead.

THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR YEAAAHHH BABY! Sadly a lot of the bursts are shorter than I would like, hopefully in a sequel they get more flashy and elaborate...heheh. Big agree with Braixen, still burns me to no end that Delphox gets shafted so much just for being "ugly" or not as cute or whatever, IT'S A SORCERER. It's a tie between Suicune and Entei for my favorite dog, I think I'm a tiiiiiny bit more into Entei, but that's a really hard choice. I am incredibly bias but aegis is my fave burst, love turning the opponent into a ferrero rocher. Darkrai's is a close second for the aesthetics alone, I'm glad you can agree on the peak taste with those two. Also more pokken content will always be welcome, ya'll are keeping it alive! Another suggestion is Close Combat, it's a fan made Pokemon fighting game that only has fighting types in it, would love to see you and the others make some content of it

I've played Close Combat and enjoyed it, but no bs last time I tried it my entire computer go hacked and I had to reset. I gotta try and find a safe link lmao

As somebody who plays Pokken competitively, I think they're already long enough, haha. It can be a big pace-breaker to have to stop and watch the animation you've seen 1000+ times for like 10 seconds a few times a match. It actually CAN be helpful to give you a bit to think, but I think the current length is already more then enough for that.
