I first heard this song on NCIS Los Angeles Season 9, episode 14 (Good bye Vietnam) and I fell in love with this song instantly and I could say the same thing about the beautiful Vietnamese woman who sings this song. Also, Great job to the folks who picked this song for Hetty's rescue scene in NCIS Los Angeles season 9 episode 14. The song and the rescue scene went together perfectly.

"rows and rows of enemies" is a poor translation. The song mentioned "địch". If you put this word into google translate, it will translate into "enemies". However, "địch" is an old Chinese-Vietnamese word, that means "flute". "đàn địch" is a phrase, means playing music with a flute or zither (or some kind of Asian traditional instruments)
