Today i am sharing live dhokla and chutney recipe …. dhokla is all time favourite food/snack for all gujratis today i am making live dhokla from daal and rice and without fermentation so you can make it very quickly so friends try out this recipe by following perfect measurements here are all ingredients:
For dhokla
1 cup rice
3/4 cup chana daal
1/4 cup moong daal
2 tbsp urad daal
1/2 cup rice flex
water as required
1/4 curd
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp green chilly
1/2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sugar
3 pinch of soda
red chilly powder
For chutney
30 garlic cloves
1/2 cup red chilly powder
salt to taste
5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp curd

ha banavi j sakay ne … traditionally aapne jyare dhokla banavie tyare daal chokha ghanti ma dalavi ne lot taiyyar j rakhie chhie pachhi tene chhash, pani ma paladi aatho lai aavi ne dhokla karie to to bav j saras thay …. pan jo tamare aatho nathi lavvo to tamare dhokla na lot ne dahi k chhas ma (tamare jetli khatash joiti hoi te mujab)add kari be kalak rakhi devo athva to 1/2 hour ma paladi jaay pachhi tame tena dhokla banavi sako. thanks for watching 😊🙏stay connected
