TH350 Speedo Cable and Tail Shaft Seal Fix - Skeeter's Garage

The DimePiece Turbo 350 is leakin again. This time we replace the speedo cable bullet and gear with the seals, and the tail shaft seal as well. Having pools of red fluid ain't a good look when you have warrants out ya feel me.
