TH350 Transmission Cooler Lines and linkage problems. We use Ni-Copp for the lines.

I always called it a thing-a-ma-jig instead of a do-hickey. But I believe it's proper name is a line die. And the "U-shaped thingy" is the flaring tool. But you did get 1 part right. The line clamp! Cheap fix on the shifting linkage other than a new pan gasket and fluid.

That 8 Ball contact or prosthetic eye ? "Totally Bad ass!!" and video was great ! I wont monologue on right and wrongs because it was cool that you used what I have for a flaring tool and I hate steel lines just for the reasons you specified size 5/16 Nickle copper line sounds like the way to go, how are they holding up ?

Thanks for the Comments Brian. The 8 ball is a prosthetic. I have had no issues with the lines so far.
