I've been watching your builds and other's for a couple years. I've always thought the pour foam being sealed off from the bilge and sides was a good idea but nobody seemed to be doing it. This is the best build yet. You've come a long way since the pool noodles.

Someone needs to get this guy the funding, the facility, and the team he needs to just become a full on boat manufacturer. Production models of boats this quality could turn the small fishing boat industry on its head, depending on their retail price

Regardless of the price it will turn the industry on its head as there is nothing quite like this out there. He could be designing a fold out clamshell unit that drops from a helecopter for Navy Seals to use. The space savings and attention to detail continually blow my mind. I went to Industrial Design School, and alot of my projects ended up like this: a perfect blend of art and engineering. Great stuff.

@45:41( exactly, it is very fleeting) there are two scratches on a hatch lid. I know it doesnt matter as it will be covered in foam, but in case i wanted to leave an exposed hatch surface, are these painted or powdercoated?

Can you do a short video on electronics and there requirement as far as voltages, batteries, on board chargers, switches, fuses, ect. I love the videos I want you to geek out on electronics why someone would choose the things and why the put it together like that. Maybe use this boat as an example.

Those are all Marine grade nylon connectors. I wouldn’t recommend them for saltwater, but there are no problems with freshwater applications. You can use either nylon or heat connectors in these cases
