You put this out during my bedtime, so it's good to wake up with a new video. Using a drill press as a makeshift lathe was a good idea and I don't think it weakened the shaft since you only took off the "excess". Thanks for another video brother. If you don't mind me asking, when you did your front brake swap, what did it cost you at the junkyard? And did you just disconnect the upper and lower balljoint and tierod and take the whole unit?

@yourpcmd I tried to get it published right after dinner but had issues. I don’t think the shaft was compromised either but wanted to get feedback. Yeah I thought the drill would work better but I think my bolt had a slight bend that caused the shaft to wobble a little. Still turned out great though. The complete front brake assembly was $130 for both sides. Yes, I just disconnected the tie rods, upper and lower ball joint and purchased the complete assembly. Make sure to get the brake line brackets that attach to the frame or you will have tricky brake line angles if you use the first gen brake line brakets. The second gen brake line brackets make routing much easier. Thanks so much for the super thanks support! The views and comments are much appreciated as well!!!

Don, RockAuto carries Sonnax transmission and driveline parts. Go to the part number search tab and check your part number by manufacturer. Looks like the Sonnax Automatic Transmission Case Bushings 34006-SPB is ~ $6 - 7 cheaper at RA plus you can get a 5% discount on top of the cheaper prices. Not a lot I know but $6 - 7 over time adds up. Good video.

@ frankvottiero8704 Thanks for watching and reaching out. I try to always leave the tools and parts in the description of the video if there are othet parts you need. But always feel free to reach out to me with any questions. The driver that I used came from Amazon and it is made by Orion Motor Tech. I have included the link below for ease of reference. Thanks again for watching and commenting. www.amazon.com/dp/B08JL93XFK?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
