I really enjoy watching this daughter and mother dynamic. It's both entertaining and endearing at the same time. This is my go-to appetizer at any Thai restaurant

Noi is so special! You both are and you can certainly tell that Marion got her sweetness and love for the art of cooking from her Mother! Noi never grabs for the food after she has worked to cook it... she always waits for Marion to invite her to taste! I love her mannerisms!

She should let her mom taste the food together... Lacks mannerism unlike her beautiful mom!

Love a good Thai fish cake. I can eat them by itself or with a bowl of salad. Will definitely making this dish.🥰

I love that you don’t use a blender. This is the way I was taught by my father as well. Blended fish always makes the fish cakes feel rubbery to me. I much prefer the texture of the cakes when it is manually separated with a spoon.

YUM YUM YUM! I love how she rejected the blender lol. These looked so good. Oh wow.

the volume on the video is way down, so we can't hear the instructions very well....
@deja63926 жыл бұрын
she mentions they use mackerel as it's a firm fish - i googled and cod is also considered a firm fish, hope this helps :)

+Andrea Saravolac Yes! Thank you for answering me! I appreciate the time and effort you made on my part, and, I should have thought of that myself, haha! I wasn't on the ball with this one! You are very kind!
