Sai, use a steel lintel at bottom attached to the round lolli and the corner of the house then attach steel studs as vertical wall then cover with whatever outdoor material you choose thats stylish and affordable. I am a higher end home contractor that is retired just since the end of 2022 . I am coming to Bangkok to have a heart surgery at Bumrungrad in a few months. If you need advice on your home I can be at your service for advice.

Perhaps you should get another quote from someone else. I recently had two rooms done, which are 10x10 ft, and the ceiling cost me 2,300. And those screws you mentioned, as of 10 days ago, are 60 baht and not 90.

Also put up rain gutters to collect the rain from roof letting the rain water run from the gutters into down pipes into a 1000 gallon water tank so that you have water for washing with and to use for the toilet

Rent or buy a 10 foot cargo container to store all your outside extras. Also you need to build a retaining wall in front of your house to retain the soil or next time it rains your going to have a problem with soil erosion which could undermine the foundation.

After you build the retaining wall and control the water with a gutter system you can landscape the front yard area where you are filming. Everything grows there so colorful plants/flowers would really improve the aesthetics of your yard!
