my friends and i are into historical food. We have a roman recipe for "garam" which is a fish sauce. It looks, smells and tastes like asian fish sauce, exactly. When it is fermenting we call it nasal napalm. But it tastes so good. Apparently in the roman times the best garam was made in Spain. Love Thai fish sauce over Vietnamese.

Ha! This snack finally made you swear! "That sh*t's like genious pairing of flavours" Must be the camera-is-off-style you try to keep from us! All kidding aside I'm a huge fan! Great attitude of just trying and I can see you're giving every new thing an honest chance! It winds me up when people don't want to try new things or you can just tell by their faces they're all prejudice of the taste to come when they put something new in their mouths haha! I just wish you'd explore more of SE Asia!
