This is real good food! Even with some rice or simply fried egg. Make it as spicy as you like.

I love this dish. Thanks for the recipes. Is shrimp paste key ingredients???? Any replacement for this?

I usually leave it out, I think it only adds a bit of salt/fishy shrimp taste. So taste at the end and if u find it needs a bit more salt add fishsauce or regular salt if u dont have that. Ull still get 95% of the same dish this way I find.
