Oh how pretty! Looks delicious. I make fried rice with a recipe from my Taiwanese friend but mine doesn't have curry powder. I love curry so I'm going to add it next time I make it! My recipe also has frozen green peas. My favorite dish at the Thai place I usually go to is Chicken Pinaeapple Fried Rice with the cashews so I really enjoyed watching you make this dish today! ❤️👌
