Looks very good. I would eat that in a New York minute. Thank goodness you peeled the shrimp. Sometimes you eat the shrimp with head and shell. I don't think I could do that.

Julius44bc If I'm cooking them I always peel them, but yes, often in Thailand they are cooked whole until crispy. I struggled a bit with it the first few times, but nowadays I don't even think about it.
