I use 3 parts condensed milk & 1 part evaporated milk for my milk syrup.

The best ice tea comes from Thailand. Standard price 20 baht. Lots of crushed ice, thick tea with milk and a topping of evaporated milk. They normally use Chatramue brand. For iced coffee, Nescafe is the choice. Order this or the Cha Kiow Yen which is iced Green Tea or Nam Chong Po which is actually syrup mixed with milk, also known in Malaysia as Air Belanda. Never bothered paying more at Starbucks as this type of drink is available almost everywhere in Thailand.
