The Kwei teow Sukothai got my hunger started.... i could imagine the complexity of flavors and textures.... at the river fish restaurant, the catfish fish with basil n greenpeppercorns looked fabulous... i like the double fried fish which i eat at Tawandeng Bangkok and difficult to find.... the old school Tom Tam with clear soup using pla chon sends me back 30 years ago when most Tom Yams were done this way... keep it coming Mark!!!
