Thai waffle is moist, slightly sweet and has great texture from the toppings I use corn and shredded young coconut meat in this recipe but you can use taro, raisins, dried blueberries or anything you like. No need to use syrup for Thai waffle.
About me:
My name is Pik.I was born and raised in Thailand and moved here to The U.S in 2009. I always enjoy cooking and eating (of course) but when I was in Thailand I never had to cook because we have a lot of street food and markets to choose from that made it convenient and inexpensive. When I moved here I still wanted to eat Thai food, but I couldn’t just go to a Thai restaurant all the time, so that’s when I started cooking. Over the years, I’ve had several friends of mine ask for recipes, but I didn’t have one, because I would just eyeball the ingredients. This is why I decided to start my own KZbin channel, so I can share my recipes with all my friends and viewers. My recipes are not 100% authentic, because I’ve adapted to making it easier to cook delicious Thai or Asian food at home. I hope you enjoy my channel, please click like, share and subscribe, so I know you like it and I can make more videos.
