I have made 104 thousand bucks in 2017 by working online from home and I manage that by working in my own time for few hrs a day. I’m using a money making opportunity I found online and I am so happy that I was able to earn so much extra income. It's really user-friendly and I'm just so grateful that i found this. It is no wonder that teachers are the most trusted people. They say if you give someone a fish you will feed him for a day. if you teach him how to fish, you will feed him for a lifetime. It was so good to see the boys and their coach rescued. People from all over the world co-operated to bring the boys out of the cave.

actually very surprised when I saw the video of the Thai boys responding to the British divers when they first saw them. I went to Bangkok a few weeks ago and many Thai people couldn't even understand/speak the most basic English. I mean of course they don't have to since they are Thai and in no way obligated to speak another language. However that was Bangkok, a pretty popular tourist destination. Imagine that area where these boys got lost! So happy for the boys!

just like I said, I don't expect them to since they are Thai. Before going to Bangkok, I studied very common Thai phrases to be able to communicate with them. It was just an observation, since Bangkok is one of Asia's most visited places by tourists, so I expected very basic English from them.

More appropriate would be, "You never know when you'll need the English". Those boys wouldn't have been found without them. That those divers went so far, didn't give up and laid lines as they went was a superhuman effort. Highlighted even more by the fact that the brave Thai diver died trying to come out after that was done and with support in place.

I have mixed feelings about this - on the one hand it's great that learning english can help better enhance these students lives, but then at the same time is there an ethical/cultural dilemma of English becoming so prominent in the world stage that it supersedes local languages? Just looking at the low rates of billingualism in English speaking majority countries vs non-English speaking majority countries it's clear how native English speakers hardly learn or appreciate another language due to the global prominence of English
