【Thailand】Message from JICA counterpart for ODA 70th Anniversary #6

This year 2024 marks ODA 70th anniversary in Thailand. Commemorating the anniversary, Mr. Piroon Laismit, Executive Director of Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD), gave us a special message. Mr. Piroon talks about JICA's cooperation with APCD since its establishment in 2001, including the facility, capacity building as well as collaboration in networking with and cooperation for the Asia Pacific region.
